It is an employment-based Green Card that provides a lawful permanent residency to foreign professionals, skilled workers and unskilled workers through a Job offer of employment in the US. An Employment-based Green Card holder is eligible for U.S. Citizen after 5 years.

A Prospective Applicant must have at least at least a High School Diploma,  at least 3-6 months training in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Communication, Operations, IT... and at least 6 months working experience in specific field.
